Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the issue must be reported within this 30-day period and supported with clear photo or video evidence showing the problem.
Please note that we do not require defective or incorrect items to be returned physically.

Requests submitted without proof may not be approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we review and approve the provided photos or videos, we will offer one of the following solutions:

a replacement at no additional cost, or

a full or partial refund, depending on the situation
No physical return will be required in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

normal wear and tear

damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or water submersion beyond recommended use

incorrect size selection by the customer

items marked as final sale or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your issue qualifies, we will either:

Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
